Does turbo tax do automatic amendment? because I saw that i have a federal refund of $1000 dollars now because of the Unemployment compensation tax exclusion.

I didnt do anything but my 1040x is amended already, i just printed it. Also, i have tax due at first before the UCE , should I pay IRS first or wait for refund?

You do not need to file anything.

The IRS is scheduled to send out refunds for those tax returns affected by the change in nontaxable unemployment compensation.
