DOES THE HOME & BUSINESS VERSION ALLOW YOU TO FILE FORM 1099-MISC RED COPY WITH THE IRS ALONG WITH THE FORM 1096?

we have a business and have independent contractors working for us. does tt home & business allow me to create a 1099-misc for each of these ic's? DOES THE HOME & BUSINESS VERSION ALLOW YOU TO FILE FORM 1099-MISC RED COPY WITH THE IRS ALONG WITH THE FORM 1096?

Yes, it is the correct version for what you want to do.  You'll be asked right in the beginning if you want to prepare these forms or start your return.  Choose prepare the forms.
