This is not uncommon. Accepted just means that they have received it but not started processing it yet. Until that state starts actually reviewing and processing your received return, they won't have any record of it when you go to check status on their website. The next step would be for them to review/process and approve your refund. Processing times vary from state to state.

I just realized i have the same issue. i filed my return on 3 feb.2018. I am a little confused. Is it their system that is not recognizing my information or what exactly is the issue?

Georgia has stated to please allow them 90 business days to process your return and issue a refund. This is also stated on their Where's My Refund? page when you go to track your refund.
Exactly the same here. Filed my federal and ga returns on 1/31, electronically. I got my federal refund at least two weeks ago. GA says my information doesn't match their records.
