Does anyone know how to get ahold of the IRS to report an error with a direct deposit of funds?

I received funds from the IRS that I don't believe I'm entitled to

There is no provision at this time to return funds to the IRS.  If you clarify what you believe the funds are for and why you don't believe you are entitled, maybe someone can provide insight to your specific situation.
