Do you use the original issue date or replaced date on drivers license?

You are not required by the IRS to enter a drivers license in order to e-file.    It adds some security for you.    You can enter the issue date and see if it works.   If not, try the other date.  It probably will not make a bit of difference.

why two issue dates, that could help us provide an answer. of course you can always try one and if that doesn't work try the other.
