Do IRS transcripts showing 1099s requested by the IRS address the paper audit

A paper audit is requesting support (1099s) for federal tax paid as stated on the return.  Will providing the IRS their own transcripts showing the 1099s in question (with IRS redacted EINs) satisfy their request?

If they are 1099-Rs, the transcript will show the federal income tax withheld. If the 1099s are self-employment income forms such as 1099-NEC or 1099-Misc, most likely there won't be any federal income tax withheld. Please clarify: can you provide more details regarding the 1099s? Which one is it?
