Do I still need to mail the hard copy of my W-2 to federal and state (IL)?

I have finished turning in my tax returns.  TurboTax did not mention anything about mailing a hard copy of W-2  to the IRS or to the state (IL).  I am just wondering if I still need to send a paper copy of my W-2.

If you Efiled your tax returns you do not have to mail any additional documents.  Information copies were already transmitted.  

If you've already mailed your taxes, you should wait.  The IRS would not know where to put random copies of the W-2s.  If they need them, they will request them.
