Do I provide a copy of my K-1 and K-3 with the amended 1040-X?

If that is the reason for the amendment  you could (not required)  even if there was no withholding on the form.  

you either didn't include the k-1/3 in your original return in which case you amend by adding them (depending on k-3 source income there may be nothing to report) or you got a revise k-1/3 then you change the numbers in Turbotax  - you don't submit the actual forms
