Do I need to send in the 502 DEP payment vouchers if my employer withholds Maryland taxes already? These were included with my 2015 return.

I filed my Maryland 2015 Tax Return and within the return were 502 DEP payment vouchers to be submitted quarterly with a 502 Form. This is stating this is for estimated income tax. However, my employer withholds all of my required income tax. Do I still need to send these in and essentially pay double taxes?

TT/Maryland (well, any TT state that has estimated tax voucher(s)) will prepare those for you when you have an excessive amount of MD tax due from lack of enough tax withholding. You don't have to pay them if you don't want to - and you can go into TT/MD and turn them off - but you may end up with an underpayment of estimated tax penalty on your 2016 MD return. TT/MD prepared them to avoid that possible penalty.
