Do I need to print out our tax forms to send to the Idaho state or just the payment voucher?

Do I need to include any other forms or just my Idaho Income Tax Payment Voucher E-filed form when I send in my payment to the state?

Yes, you just need to include the Idaho Income Tax Payment Voucher with payment as long as you have successfully e-file your state tax return.
