Do I need to include the information from a 1099 misc if it has been corrected to an amount of $0?

No. If the Form 1099-MISC, as corrected, shows neither income nor tax withheld, there is no need to include it. Attempting to do so might actually cause an error that would prevent you from e-filing your tax return until corrected.
