Do I need to file an ammendment if I filed married filing jointly and it just has my agi listed on the return? I added his 2 w'2's later after e-filing but not before.

It asked questions about me and him and then it said send return. I sent it before adding his w-2's. I went back and added those to the document section but on the return it only has my income listed, nothing about his.

Yes. If you filed jointly, you will have to file an amended return to add your spouse's form W-2 and any other income.

As you have recently filed, please wait to see if your return is accepted or rejected. If rejected, you may correct and resubmit. If it is accepted, you need to file an amended return.

If you are expecting a refund, we recommend that you wait to amend until after the IRS has processed your original return and you have received your refund.

To amend your tax return, please read this TurboTax article

Please note that the amendment form 1040X will only be available on TurboTax after 2/13/2025.
