Do I need to amend my 2020 return if I received a W2c saying my Social Security tax withheld increased?

The received W2c's after paying the additional Social Security taxes I owed from the 2020 tax deferral.

It depends.  If you only had one employer, then you do not need to do anything.  If you had two or more employers, then you may want to if you had excess Social Security Tax withheld.  You can determine this by adding up the W2 or W2c's with the latest numbers in box 4.  If the amount is greater than $8,537.40, then you can file a 1040X to claim a refund for the excess withheld.
