Do I need to amend if I received a 1099-B, but only gained 46 cents? I started the process and it didn't change anything on my taxes.

I entered all of the information from the 1099-B into Turbo Tax and it said are you sure you want to amend, we don't detect any changes. Since it was only 46 cents, will it make a difference if I do not amend?
