Do i have to send an amended federal form if i don't want to do the amended form

how can i change an amended form to a regular federal form

You have to file an amended form if you have already filed your 2017 taxes and need to change something. If you haven't filed and it has you in an amended form, you need to go back to the beginning somewhere because you must have answered "yes" to the question of 'have you already filed last year's taxes?" type question.
