You don't have to do anything besides return to your account and file when the forms are ready.  TurboTax Online will update automatically when the forms are ready and you can file your return.  (For desktop products, you will want to run the updater).  And, once the forms are ready, the option to take the fee out of your refund will be available, so just come back and review that section.

While tax season has begun, not all forms and schedules have been finalized by the IRS and individual states yet.  Most forms are generally finalized in mid-January, but sometimes certain forms can take longer.  Below are links that show the specific form and is availability date for both the IRS and State -

But, please note that the IRS is not accepting or processing e-filed returns until January 29th this year, so there is no reason to rush your return.  Take your time to ensure everything is complete and accurate before you hit file because you will not be able to take your return back once it is filed.

@vvadam What happens when you try to e-file?  We cannot see your screen or your account.
