Do I have to amend taxes if I incorrectly submitted the Cert of rent paid 100% for one landlord & it should have been split between 2? The total amount is the same.

The property management company sold mid-year so there were actually 2 prop management companies that gave me a Cert of Rent Paid

No, as long as the total is the same, there is no need to amend.
