Do I file my return now and the amend once I received a K-1 from a partnership but the Turbotax Home and Business program that section is not available at this time.

It would be better to wait until you receive the K-1 schedule, but if you file the return without including it you may need to amend your return later to correct it. The amend option for 2023 is not available in TurboTax yet, but it should be available soon.
