Divorced and cant get transcript

I am trying to file my taxes after being divorced. I have tried to get my transcript for the IRS page and it is not recognizing me. My ex husband always filed and I was a working dependent. What do I do?

I already filed and for some reason, when I go into "Where is my refund" it says there is no match! I told me a couple weeks ago that is was being processed and now it says, there is no match! HELP!

For most of these types of requests, you will need to have a copy of the tax return that you submitted in order to answer the questions. If you don't have the correct data, then the automated methods will likely fail. So if nothing else works, then try the "help" number and be prepared to wait:
