TurboTax only provides an estimated refund date based on the average amount of time it has taken other taxpayers to receive their refunds.

You can track the status of your return on the IRS Where's My Refund? site. That is where you will find the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund.
Per the IRS, most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted and a refund option is selected.

Also, if you claimed the Earned Income Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC), that may be why you are seeing a delay as the IRS could not begin processing those until after February 15. Per the IRS website, Where’s My Refund? will be updated with projected deposit dates for most early EITC/ACTC refund filers by February 22. So EITC /ACTC filers will not see an update to their refund status for several days after Feb. 15.
Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information on the Path Act:

Unfortunately, the IRS is extremely understaffed due to COVID-19. This has impacted the processing of returns and refunds. If you do not receive your refund by the time the IRS resumes normal operations, please reach out to them at 800 829 1040.

Etic released and people still have to wait additional weeks but none of their information has changed. this fraud law causes more harm than good for people in need of THEIR money ...everything that these families need is gone by the time their money is released anything that's really worth a darn is all bought up by people who have no kids and don't have to wait .....but Fraud happens to those people all the time, no laws preventing them from getting their money in a timely manner ....none of it ever makes sense ....and not one person ever has an explanation that really makes sense ....it's just the IRS is backed up so you gotta wait ......they don't wait for us when we the people are backed up they will take everything when they want
