"did you still receive form 1098 from xxx bank?

TT doesn't take my yes/no answer on "did you still receive form 1098 from xxx bank?"  It correctly lists the 2 banks from last year's taxes, but whenever I click the answer for the second bank, it is activating the button for the first bank.  Never gives an option to go on.  Been here for weeks.  Please help.

this happens on both my computers - windows xp pro and windows 10.  All the rest of the return is complete, just need to entire my Sched A itemized deductions.

To add insult, there is no forms view selection so I can just fill out the Sched A myself.  I really miss not having a forms view so I can go where I need to check entries.  The only way to check entries now is by selecting a Q/A section and going through all the questions again to get to the one I want to check.

Every year it seems like TT takes away more user inputs and forces us to go through their predetermined path.   Really frustrating.

Try removing both of the Lenders from the return and then go back and enter each Lender separately in the Mortgage Interest section using the Form 1098's you have in hand.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Delete the Home Mortgage Interest Worksheet and Form 1098 for each Lender (if shown)

Direct access to the tax return Forms, Schedules and Worksheets has never been available when using the TurboTax online editions.  That feature is only available using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions in Forms mode.
