No. You are the only one who can file your return by clicking the TRANSMIT NOW button when you have completed your return. Upon transmitting your return, you receive two e-mails at the email address you entered when you created your account.
The first email indicates your return was "successfully submitted".
The second email, which can be up to 24 hours later, indicates if the IRS accepted, or rejected your transmitted return.
