If it has been longer 5-10 business days from the date since you have filed your return and you still have not received your prepaid card, please contact customer support at (888) 285-4169. You can also report your card lost or stolen here. https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us

You'll find your card account number on your 1040 in the section marked Refund. Please follow this FAQ to help you print a copy of your tax return to view it.

Contacted the 888 number I can't enter the last four digits of a card that has never been received.  Please help.  Is there a number to contact?

Since you never received your card, you should report it lost or stolen using the contact information provided by AkinaLO.

This is such a lie. These specialist always post and say that you can call this number and select to say you haven't received it but yet when you do this, you get no where. They always ask for the card you never received. I have sat and waited on the phone for 4 hours and no one will answer. I still have not received my card and it says that I have two cards on file. My taxes were sent February 28th.

Have you tried selecting the option when you call the customer service number that your refund was placed onto a card you do not own? This can get you connected with the fraud department, where there is a live agent happy to assist.
