Did not receive 2017 1098T and w2 for cisco after we filed last yr - how do we apply this yr?

2017 1098t and w2 for cisco college was recd after filing in 2018 how to report this?

You cannot include the forms on your 2018 return. You will have to amend your 2017 return to include the 1098T and w2 from 2017:
