Did my 2018 deductions include the extra $2600 for senior couples

This is a public web site visible to anyone on the internet including scammers and identity thieves.  I removed the tax return you posted here for your protection.  PLEASE do not post your personal documents or personal information here.  Look on line 8 of your Form 1040 to see if it says $26,600.  The standard deduction for a married couple filing jointly is $24,000 + $1300 for each spouse 65 or older--so if you are both 65 or older then you should see $26,000 on line 8.
