Did I claim a dependent on 2016 tax return?

If you have not filed your tax return, you can review the dependents section. 

On the Tax Timeline, select "Personal Info", then scroll down to view dependents. If you haven't added any, you may select the "+Add a Dependent" button and follow the interview process to add a new dependent.

If you have already filed your tax return, you can view dependents on the 1040 or 1040A forms under the "Exemptions" section on line 6c of either form.
