Did anyones 2019 tax filing disappear. I have the icon but cannot access my half finished turbo tax

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache.  A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:

All of my files are lost even going back to 2017.

That did nothing.  All Turbo Tax files going back to 2017 lost.  No other saved files are lost, only turbo.

Cleared cache and nothing.

They fixed mine. One letter in the license was wrong. Changed it and all came back

My 2019 tax file completely disappeared from my iMac Pro. All I have left is a pdf file of it and the hard copy I printed. Using Deluxe, not Premier. HELP!!!!!!
