Dept of treasury IRS address changed. Where to send 2017?

I am amending my last 3 years of returns. I live in Idaho. Turbo tax instructions for my 2017 amendment say to mail the amended return to the Fresno, CA address. The instructions for my 2018 amendment say to send it to the Ogden Utah address. Is this correct or should I send the 2017 amendment to the Ogden Utah address?
