Deposit information is on the e-filed federal, but because the state refund is small, I'm filing by paper. There is no direct deposit info on the state form.

The printed state form says 4 No Direct Deposit Information. How can I get direct deposit information on the state form?

Why don't you want to efile state?  The refund amount should not matter.  Mailed returns will take a lot longer.  Or are you using the Desktop program and don't want to pay the efile fee?

The e-file fee is greater than the refund. Doesn't make sense to pay.

Ok you must be using the Desktop program.  It is $20 to efile state (increases to $25 on March 1).  So your refund is less than $20?   If you can't get it to print you can hand write it in.  You can switch to Forms mode and type it directly on the state return.
