Delayed Ferderal Refund

I filed my taxes with TurboTax on February 18th, 2022.  Both my State & Federal Refunds were approved. I received my state refund within 3 weeks, however, it is going to be 5 weeks tomorrow for my Federal refund and the status has not changed in 4 weeks. It still says " your refund is still being processed" when I call the IRS there is no assistance line to figure out what's going on. How do we know how long this is going to take? The website says to contact the IRS back after 21 days but how do we get ahold of them?

The IRS processes returns, therefore we don't have insight as to how long it may take. Try calling early in the morning or later in the day to reach a representative as the call volume is pretty high right now. For IRS contact information please visit the Help Article below.
