Declaration of taxpayer to e-file. How do I examine the NYS form and any schedules and attachments as required?

I'm fairly sure that you can review all of your documents before e-filing if you first make payment of your TurboTax Online fees.  See the TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below for instructions.  Please post back if you continue to have difficulty.
