I have had an issue getting my refund. It was direct deposited into my credit Karma account that I was unable to access. They then closed the account saying they were mailing a check to wait 7 to 10 business days. After 14 days they said they mailed my refund back to the IRS. Here it is 5 months later and the IRS just mailed a letter stating credit Karma never sent the refund back and now it’s being investigated. They can’t keep our refund. How do we get a class action going? This is happening to multiple people
