Civista Bank sent me a check for 910.02 instead of depositing it into my bank and the amount was short 20.00 even by their calculations .

Refund amount=1014.02- Tax prep=39.99 -Trans fee=39.99- (RL)=4.00 The total should have been 930.02 but the issued check is for 910.02 . 20.00short.

What is RL for $4? I don't know anything that's $4. If your direct deposit couldn't go though and they had to mail you a check there is a $20 fee for that.
