When you finalize your E-FILE, It will allow you to choose the Paper Check option. Do not click on the FILE BY MAIL, as you would then need to mail in your FULL RETURN. Click on the E-FILE and proceed to the options to receive your refund.. If it will not allow you to e-file, There may be another reason for that..It will prompt you to mail in your FULL RETURN, and the reason as to why. I hope this helps
