Charged me for a state filing that doesn't have state taxes in Washington State

Why did Turbo Tax take out for a state that does not have a state filing?  I had a free state tax filing for Oregon taxes and when I did my taxes they took out for Washington State.  I want my money back!

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

That is odd.  You appear to be using a desktop product.  It should not charge for a second state software or state efile fee unless one elects to download/use it.  However, I wonder if instead it has anything to do with the Washington State Working Families Tax Credit (for WA residents who lived more than 183 days in WA and met other qualifications.)   I think some online users were charged for Washington if they had TurboTax prepare that WA Working Families Tax Credit form.   I'm not sure how that tax credit application works in the desktop software.  That may or may not apply to you; I'm just thinking out loud.
