Charged for e-filing my State taxes which were rejected.

I’ve been e-filing my taxes for a few years.  This time, my 2024 taxes were rejected multiple times without a reason or error code.  I was still charged the $25 fee for my State e-file that that wasn’t accepted and would like a refund.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
