Cannot transfer returns from last year and cannot start new returns for others that I did last year. Why not ??

Are you using:

1) the "Online" Browser based software this year, AND last year?

or

2) the "Desktop" computer-installed software this year, AND last year?

or

3) either Desktop, OR Online software last year, and the other one this year?
