Can you load cash onto your intuit turbo prepaid visa card and if so where can you do this?

I just loaded $180 at CVS and there's no money on my card.  I found out at the gas station.  I need access to my money.  This is a Visa Turbo Tax Card.

Every location in the app I have gone to and tried has told me they cannot load the card. What seems to be the problem?Pretty tired of running all over the Salt lake valley for nothing.
