Can we check banking info of an e-filed return? I was told to pick a date for a return where I owed money, and I believe I chose 4/13. I still have not been charged yet.

You should not worry. As April 13 is a Saturday, the direct debit will only be processed on Monday 4/15 and will show on your account within 3 business days.
