Can Turbotax professionals help with federal and state tax penalty abatement?

Can Turbotax professionals help with federal and state tax penalty abatement if they didn't prepare the return? If so, what level professional do i need to sign up for?

Sorry---that is not within the scope of what TT Live tax experts do.   You should seek local paid tax help since you did not use TurboTax to prepare the original returns.
