Can't save/print state(OK). Attempts generate "... forms have not been finalized yet.", But notify doesn't have any state forms for notification. What's right? When?

You're no alone. As many as 20 States are trying to complete the forms that need to be changed because of the new federal requirements created by the new federal tax law. 

Oklahoma hasn't determined how long it will be before their forms are ready. You will be notified when they are ready.
