Can’t access this years State return to finish. How do I open state return?

To enter your state information in TurboTax Online: 

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select  Tax Home in the left pane
3. Select the dropdown to the right of State Taxes
4. Select  Start, Review/Edit or Pick up where you left off
5. Proceed through the state interview

If you're using TurboTax Desktop:

1. Sign in to TurboTax Desktop and start or open your tax return.
2. Select the FEDERAL TAXES tab
3. Select STATE
4. Proceed through the state interview
