Can my refunds be sent to me by other means because i am in zimbabwe and all the options provided for me are impossible i was kindly suggesting a telegraphic transfer

The IRS will not make a direct deposit to a foreign bank.  They will only make a direct deposit to a U.S. based account, or they will mail a check to the address on your tax return.
