In TurboTax Online you will not be able to see the form itself.  Forms mode is only available in TurboTax Desktop. You may be able to view the information that will be reported on the form by previewing a copy of your return before you file it. Please see the below help article to assist with this.

Unable to view while using the online version of Turbo Tax....   We'll generate and fill out the 8606 behind the scenes.
