Can I use Payoneer acc to receive US Tax refund via direct deposit, since i don't have a US bank account?

According to the IRS, refunds can only be deposited into banks within the United States right? Is there a way around, since i don't have a US bank account anymore.

Correct, only US accounts. Also, Your refund should only be deposited directly into accounts that are in your own name; your spouse’s name or both if it’s a joint account.

Some PrePaid Cards allow direct deposits and would give you a routing number and account number to use for the deposit. Please contact the individual PrePaid Card Customer Service to verify. If you qualify you could receive a Turbo PrePaid Card from GreenDot to have your refund deposited on you would make this choice during the final filing steps). You can also choose to receive a paper check by mail.

For information to get your tax refund on a Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card, see TurboTax Faq below.
