Can I use live assistance to amend a tax return? Turbotax 2023

I have filed my 2023 Tax Return using turbo tax and would like to upgrade to live assistance for amending my 2023 Tax Return. Is this possible? If so, how?

 

I found a thread for turbotax 2019, but the instructions provided there do not appear to be up to date with the software format for 2023.

TurboTax Live will not amend a return that they did not prepare.  It is outside their scope of work.
