Can I use a Visa prepaid card, like the ones you buy in grocery stores and Walmart and put a certain amount of money on, to pay for my taxes?

Basically, I want to buy a Visa prepaid card at Walmart and put $200 dollars on it.  I then use this card to pay my taxes.  Can I do this on this website?
 I've done this before to pay for my utilities online.

Yes, but with a caveat- you will have to have the pre-paid card registered (associated with your address) to make the payments online.  See Pay Your Taxes by Debit or Credit Card or Digital Wallet.
