Can I still get a refund Advance if I've already finished filling?

My Credit Karma card was inactive and it didn't allow me to try and fix before filing my  taxes. So in turn it declined me getting a refund Advance loan. Is there a fix?

No sorry there is no fix.    If you already filed it is too late.   The advance had to be offered to you so if it was not offered at the time when you were filing you must have been ineligible for some reason.
