Can I still file electronically if I filed 1040NR-EZ last year (not 1040 NR)? I think my AGI number isn't in line 36 of the form but in line 10 but can you please confirm

Your Adjusted Gross Income is reported on Line 10 of Form 1040NR-EZ.
