Can I refile after generating the pdf files because I find I screw all the information up?

I don't use efile, but mail my tax file. I have not mailed it out.

If your tax return has already been e-filed and accepted by the IRS, then you will need to file an amended return (Form 1040X) to correct the information on your original return. If you have filed, do not make any changes until you know whether the return has been accepted or rejected by the IRS.

If the return ends up being rejected by the IRS, then you will have an opportunity to make the corrections you want to your tax return and resubmit it.

If your return is accepted by the IRS, then you must file an amended return to correct the error.  Below is a link with more information on filing an amended return.   And note that amended returns must be mailed as they cannot be e-filed.
